My name is Grace Putt, I have been working reception for almost three years now, and I have enjoyed every second of it. While I am currently employed and enjoy what I do, I am looking for a part time receptionist job that works along side my current schedule. I want to expand my experience in this field, and create more relationships within my community.

• I warmly welcome on average 30 guests per day, direct guests to the right department, and ensure that they are connected with the right person.
• I manage up to 4 phone lines at a time, and I facilitate/ direct over 60+ calls a day with customers, companies, and staff.

• I provide excellent customer service with a helpful and friendly attitude.
• I provide administrative and clerical support, a variety of filing systems including Microsoft excel spreadsheets.
• I smoothly manage the day-to-day front desk operations for a busy car dealership. (7 managers, 12 sales personnel, 4 service riders, and 5 collision estimators)
