IT MFG Support Technician Jan 2022 – Present Tesla, Inc. Lathrop, CA • Install, support, upgrade, replace, and remediate all IT hardware along with manufacturing lines and keep manufacturing lines running • Troubleshoot network issues from the client up to the switch and IDF • Assign IP addresses and change VLANs as needed.
