I worked for Wingstop as an Assistant General manager for over 1 year where I learned and mastered the ins and out of the company. I also handled thee schedule, inventory cash drops and balanced the drawers while interviewing, training and supervising the staff.

I also have experience in Customer Service with Adecco USA for 7 months where I took incoming calls for several companies and handled tracking, refunding and customer inquiries and disputes.

Metro PCS on the sales floor for 1 year where I assisted customers with the cellphone needs while up selling various accessories and assisting them in paying their monthly bills.

Coverage one Insurance Group in Verification office as the Team Leader. For 4 years I process f applications for insurance while verifying all of the information on a recorded line w a pre made script.
