Serve as the bridge between Corporate HR and operational users, responsible for developing, identifying, deploying, and integrating HR information systems within the organization. My role involves translating business needs into technical solutions while ensuring successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements & Analysis: Gather and analyze HR system requirements through stakeholder collaboration, documenting both functional and technical specifications
- Solution Design: Work with IT and vendors to design or identify commercial solutions, then configure systems to meet business needs
- Implementation Management: Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, coordinating cross-functional teams through data migration, testing, and deployment
- Training & Support: Create training materials, deliver user education, and provide ongoing support as the subject matter expert for system issues
- Change Management: Facilitate system adoption through change management plans, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement based on user feedback
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HR systems integration, implementation, and project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP)
- Experience with HR applications (UKG, TimeIPS, PTS)
