Hello, all my name is Jenna Swanson and I'm from Mckinney, Texas. I am organized yet flexible. I determine how pieces and resources can be arranged for maximum productivity. I have worked in the service industry for 7 years and am equipped for any challenge that comes my way. Most recently, I was a bay host (server) and event ambassador at Topgolf. As a bay host, I was considered a server so I was required to perform all standard tasks that a typical server would perform.
But Topgolf is not a typical restaurant it is an interactive and immersive golf experience that utilizes advanced technology. I had to display excellent customer service skills at all times, our job was to make sure players felt welcomed and had a fun time playing. Topgolf maintains a reputation of status and excellence.

I am currently attending university and in my senior year. I will be graduating in May from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor's degree in journalism with a focus on public relations and advertising.
