- Served as the program's subject matter expert for scheduling and EVMS. Worked closely with the lead engineers and operations team members to educate and implement best practices and procedures.
- Lead the implementation of the monthly EVMS reporting cycle, including the implementation of Baseline Change Requests, the collection and entry of status updates, and the preparation/submission of IPMDAR deliverables to the prime contractor, Lockheed Martin

- Support CAM's for VAR analysis by identifying major and minor contributors
- Financial analyses, including funding profiles, revenue forecast, and variance analysis, to provide actionable insights for decision-making
