Jonathan Henry

As a recent graduate of UC Santa Barbara with two degrees in Economics and Political Science I am looking to find a new career path in which to apply my years of experience in Organizational Development & Public Relation.

Throughout the last three years, I have gained significant professional experience in both Organizational Development and Public Relations. My work on various projects includes; conducting employee surveys, developing and implementing training programs, and creating communication strategies. I have worked in several diverse team environments, from executives to entry-level employees, and learned how to tailor my approach to suit different stakeholders' needs.

I have also acquired skills in business communication, media relations, and event management. Through my work, I have demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, which have enabled me to deliver impactful results and build positive relationships with stakeholders and my peers.

I obtained two degrees in both Economics and Political Science, which has provided me with a diverse range of knowledge and skills. Through my studies, I gained a deep understanding of economic theory, policy analysis, and quantitative methods, as well as an appreciation of the political and social factors that shape economic outcomes. I also developed critical thinking, research, and communication skills, which have prepared me for various career paths, including government, consulting, finance, and business management.

Additionally, I have had opportunities to participate in research projects, internships, and extracurricular activities, which have allowed me to apply my learning in real-world settings and develop a strong network of peers and mentors. Overall, my educational experience has equipped me with a strong foundation for lifelong learning and professional success.
