Operation Inherent Resolve, and Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa.
- Ranked as the #1 Senior Training Team Manager of five within this organization on annual performance review.
- Assisted with planning and preparation of two Army Task Force mobilizations to overseas areas by monitoring/
controlling training to ensure several hundred Soldiers were on glidepath for deployment. Reviewed and generated a list of all mobilization requirements and assisted with all planning efforts.
- Managed two organizational facility upgrade and renovation projects valued at over $8 million to include verification of scope of work and deliberate financial management while managing temporary workspace for
54 employees and ensured no loss of mission capabilities through a phased transition and movement plan.
- Developed Counter-UAS and electronic warfare doctrine and best practices currently employed in CENTCOM and AFRICOM.
- Trained and validated the operations center process and employment of Counter-UAS kinetic and non-kinetic assets for 17 separate landowners in Syria, Iraq, and Jordan.
- Managed all budgeting, lines of accounting, and travel cost projection supporting organizational travel and supporting logistics totaling over $2 million during FY24.

Provided oversight to all organizational operations and projects. This includes planning proposals, organizing staff and stakeholders, project control, and implementation in an organization of 54 employees. Led projects and collaborated with other departments accomplish the organizational mission consistently under budget and ahead of schedule.
- Ensured 100% employee compliance with 17 separate qualification benchmarks for 54 employees required to perform their official duties by implementing a strategic training plan and running a Senior Leader Academy that leveraged qualification skills against mission requirements resulting in a better trained and capable force.
- Assisted with planning and execution of a large-scale mobilization exercise with simulated unit training progression and incorporated Master Scenario Event List injects in order to develop a fully fleshed out model for future mass mobilization operations with complex funding requirements using rolling wave planning.
Resulted in a cross-functional standardized and easily replicated package for future contingency planning.

- Served as a First Sergeant and Senior Advisor to a Task Force Commander; responsible for the training and logistic operations supporting the Task Force; responsible for tactical proficiency, training, personnel management, employee development, organizational logistics, administrative actions, and accountability and maintenance of assigned tactical vehicles, weapons, and associated equipment valued at over $22
million.
- Supervised mayor cell during the construction of 31 buildings and 20 life support contracts in Phu Lam Yai,
Thailand.
- Responsible for over 250 Soldiers deployed throughout the the Indo-Pacific area of operation to include planning, sustainment, and operational support. Performed additional duties as an airspace controller throughout the Indo-Pacific area of operations; controlled and deconflicted over 100 fixed and rotary wing aircraft throughout Thailand, Laos, Malaysia and Sri Lanka.
