I am passionate about Enabling revenue teams and developing real relationships. Sales people have some of the hardest jobs out there and I love helping them better reach their potential by upping their capabilities, competence, and confidence. I do this by analyzing how they’re doing currently and what the gaps are – this gives me a measurement tool once the Enablement items have been designed, developed, and delivered.
I’m also very adept at leading operation strategies and ensuring that the Enablement team has the tools and processes in place to support the revenue teams.
I have a growth mindset and am always looking for new ways to improve – both myself and my teams. I know I can bring value to your teams and both support and challenge them in new ways.
As an Enablement manager, I've had the good fortune to work for multiple companies - some that were just beginning their Enablement journey and others with established Enablement teams. Because of this, I have a well-rounded background in tool selection and administration, content development and refinement, and training development and delivery.
I have a Bachelors of Science degree along with a Master's Certificate in Project Management.
