Estimator - Gerber Collision and Glass

I took the position of the estimator. I became the main contact for the customers regarding their repairs. When they first arrive, I would discuss with them the details of what happened so that I can better serve them, would go on to write the estimate and get them in for the repairs.
This can happen immediately or by making sure they get scheduled. When the time comes for the repairs, I would go over the details of the repair plan with them. Making a repair plan for each vehicle is part of the check in process.
This involves writing on the vehicle of what the plan is. Getting it in with a tech so that a tear down can happen to see if there is anything else that may need to be added to the estimate and finalizing the repair plan. All the while following the requirements the insurance company has in place.
Making sure the photos tell a story and getting the files locked and the parts are ordered. Each day I go over the files to make sure they are kept updated and make notes, so that anyone who access it knows what is going on. Communication with the customer is very important in making their experience a good one.

My time at Gerber Collision and Glass I started out as a CSR. I answered the calls, greeted the customers, did the scheduling for the estimates and also for the repairs. Handled the transactions with the customers and kept in touch with the insurance companies making sure their portion of the repairs are covered. By doing my tasks I upheld the wow operating way to help make sure the customers experience was a positive experience.
Business Manager - Madison Sign

Currently employed, running Madison Sign, sign shop. I manage the production team and help them whenever possible. I talk to our customers and help them with their signage needs, from the beginning with the consultation to the design/layouts to the invoicing, and billing. I helped make sure we had the materials needed to do the jobs, I took care of the accounting needs, by imputing the expenses and paying bills.
Customer Service/Designer - Art Thou Signs

When I first started at this job, I worked as a CSR. I was the first contact people would see. I answered the phones, answered the emails, and basic filing. I would help the customer place their orders, and enter everything into the computer for them, I would then schedule their tasks too.
When the time came I would take the deposits as well as the final payments, and would also take care of the closeouts on the computer. As time went on I started doing some of their layouts as well and getting them ready to be produced. I helped make sure the orders were getting done on time and would let the customers know when they are finished.
As time went on, I took over the apparel side of things too. I now help with the customer layouts, the embroidery and run the Direct to print t shirt printer. I also help the front person with the placement of orders as needed.
Bindery - UW Madison/ DoIT

While working at UW-Madison, I worked for the Design Publishing, Printing Services for the Dolt Department. My job title is Bindery. So basically I help with all the finishing work that needs to be done in order to complete a print order. Whether it's lamination, collating, folding, stapling, cutting and so on. I help make sure that the order is done on time and correctly without any errors.
Customer Service - FedEx Office

Every day When I get to work I start off by doing the daily, making sure the safe and the drawers have the amount of money needed and then make the deposit. When Finished I would start by greeting each customer that comes into FedEx Office. I would either show them to the area they need to go or help them get started on a machine.
I also Do consultations with the customers, making sure we both understand what they want done with their project. I have even gone as far as helping produce the orders for them too. During my shift I called customers to confirm their orders or to notify them that their order is finished.
I also called them to make sure their orders were done correctly. Besides helping the customers I have also helped with retail, and back office paperwork. I also help make sure the place is kept clean and organized.
Then there is the shipping side, I can help make labels and pack the packages for the customers.
Customer Service/Retail - JCPenny

While at JCP I would help the customers with making sure they were fitted with the right size bras. I would ring them up. Clean the fitting room and the area I worked in along with making sure it stayed stock up too.

I began this job through UW Richland but as time went on I started to do more like being their camp coordinator. I would help look out for the children and help plan learning activities for them. Also with the camp I made sure it ransmoothly and provided activities for it.
Hair Stylist - Paradise Salon and Day Spa
During my time here, I scheduled apt, to help my customers with their hair. Doing consultation and making sure the customer and I are on the same page. I would help keep my area clean and maintained. Made sure I had the supplies needed so that I could help my customers out. I would also ring them up and reschedule their next apt.
Hair Designer - Total Cosmetology

I did all types of haircutting including Precision and Elevation as well as hairstyling using spring iron, marcel irons, roller sets, blow-dry styles, updo and finger styling. Besides cutting and styling hair. I also did perms, including Gemini, spongy rods, spiral, single halo, double halo and split top.
Hair coloring included the use of striper comb, cap, foils and paint. I also did nails, manicures, pedicures, facials and scalp treatments. Along with styling clients' hair, I also answered phones and scheduled appointments.
