The main focus of my job was to answer the phones, take care of the customers, and assist my estimators. I handled the customer billing and kept track of all receipts for each job. Every 2 weeks I then created a spreadsheet of the receipts and presented them to the estimators.
I am experienced in using the platform's Word for invoices and proposals, and Excel for any customer related paperwork and for scheduling the workers. In addition to those skills I help the secretary by organizing customer files, sorting out statements, and putting checks together with their invoices. Along with these tasks when business started to get slow I kept myself busy by cleaning as much of the office as I could.

My job was to make sure every customer felt loved and welcomed. Taking orders during a rush meant I had to keep myself composed as well as keep every worker moving fast. I always kept a smile on my face and I never let challenges cause me to fall short when meeting the customers expectations.
