I am a pastry chef located in the Atlanta area with 20+ years of experience in restaurants, bakeries and hotels. I like running a pastry department overall with organization and efficiency.
My professional experience can be summarized with high volume production in hotel settings leading a pastry assistant or team, to artisanal specialty products in bakery/cafe settings to a whole diverse pastry menu that rotates seasonally in some of Atlanta's popular farm to table chef-driven restaurants.
I graduated with an Associate's Degree in Culinary arts with a concentration in Baking and Pastry in 2003.
