I currently work as an IT Specialist at Manara Academy, where I troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to support daily operations. I also completed an internship with Intel Corporation, gaining practical laboratory and technical experience. In addition, I have experience in eCommerce operations and customer-focused roles, which strengthened my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
I am pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Data Science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. My coursework focuses on programming, data analysis, and data-driven problem solving. I also completed dual enrollment at Central Piedmont Community College, which strengthened my academic foundation and time management skills.
