- Perform monetary transactions and account maintenance including check orders, account distributions, stop payments, ATM/Debit card requests, address changes, and account ownership maintenance or issues.
- Resolve service problems by clarifying the member's concern; determining the cause of the problem; identifying and explaining the best solution for solving the problem; expediting corrections or adjustments; follow up with the member to ensure that resolution for the member.
- Participate in all required credit union compliance and product knowledge training; applying that knowledge to all relevant job duties. Demonstrate thoroughness, accuracy, and compliance in all verbal communication with members and through completion of all required forms and documents.
- Maintain awareness of any security risks in regard to member identification, eligibility and confidentiality.
- Initiates follow-up service calls to members to enhance relationships and ensure member satisfaction with services provided.
- Assist in origination, follow up and disbursement of consumer loans including interviewing, working with processors and underwriters to completion, and verifying appropriate documents are present and completed for processing.
- Participate in all operations processing of branch ATMs and ITMs, including daily retrieval of member deposits, cash replenishment and weekly cash settlement.
- Maintain active Notary Public license in the state of Maryland and perform notarial services while adhering to state notary requirements.
- Perform all relatable duties as assigned.
