I am so excited to be working in the hospitality industry and am eager to expand my career to the event industry. My goal is to take the skills I achieved at The Walt Disney World Company and move to the next level. I am currently working on my certificate in Event Planning Management to further expand my knowledge.
I have my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, which has allowed me to learn how to work with many different types of people and cultures. My work experience with Disney has given me experience with guest services, on-the-spot problem-solving with viable solutions, and addressing guest concerns in a fast-paced high-volume environment. As a Resort Sales Associate, I have worked on a Team and attained vast knowledge about all the Walt Disney World Resorts, Parks, and services while working there.
I am professional and passionate about everything I am tasked with. I work flexible hours to suit the needs of the job I am given to do.
I am a loyal employee and ready to take my career to the next level. I am confident I can bring my Disney experience to any company and grow more. I am well-rounded and understand different cultures. My mother is from England, and I have family I visit there.
I also lived for three years in Italy as a child. Aside from those three years I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. I believe knowing and believing in a company’s culture along with its mission and purpose is an integral and important part of an employee’s reason to work anywhere.
Worked for The Walt Disney World Company as Resort Sales Associate. Provided comprehensive information about The Walt Disney World Resort using numerous software applications during the process.
Service when problems and concerns arose and helped find solutions with Guests. Engaged with Guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and providing other information about the theme park or surrounding areas. Builds and maintains relationships with Guest and Cast Members from all lines of business to provide excellent service to Guests & Cast. Worked in a Team atmosphere of the highest degree.
Currently taking classes to receive my certificate in Event Planning Management. Graduated in 2021 from the University of South Florida with a BS in Psychology.
