- My first Week I trained with 3 star trainers on all five stations including quality.
- In the first six months I was fully trained and capable of running each station and its hmi screen in a timely manner.
- Fixing machine faults came naturally as i would have to constantly troubleshoot the faults that occurred.
- Once I Fully mastered the manual lines i moved to the BMA automated line 10.
- I was trained by my lead and the other associates on the side mount station first.
- Working at the side mount station gave me insight on fixing the robot and the faults the other machines have as well. Once I learned every fault I can fix I started watching maintenance fix the bigger problems that I could not touch. I learned how to flux an issue to maintenance when my team and I can't figure it out.
- Once I mastered my area I began training new hire associates. Every associate trained under me is qualified and capable of working the station without help.
- I began working on the other station known as couplers. I shadowed my lead and maintenance on the machine faults. I made sure I completed each module within the time limit.

Scanning the failed modules into the system and delivering them to rework.
