Molly Hunter

I am a recent graduate with a Post-Baccalaureate Certification in Elementary Education and practical classroom experience from Scottsdale Community College through the Scottsdale Teacher Education Partnership Program. I am eager to apply my skills in classroom management and student engagement to foster student growth and a positive learning environment.

I have worked in schools for about 3 years. First, as a Teacher’s Aide at Mission Montessori School assisting with teaching duties in Primary Classroom with children ages 3-6. Assisted as a chaperone on the playground and helped lead the aftercare program. Next I worked as a Paraprofessional Educator at Salt River Elementary Scholol Tutoring children from 1st-5th grade on ELA topics, such as Reading Fluency, Phonemic Awareness and Intervention Lessons for Reading Success.

Completed Scottsdale Teacher Education Partnership (STEP) Post-Baccalaurate K-8 Teacher Preparation Program through Scottsdale Community College. Completed coursework, Internships and Student Teaching through Scottsdale Community College and other Scottsdale schools to fulfill the requirement for the Institutional Recommendation leading to K-8 Elementary Arizona Teacher Certification.
