I've had over 8 years of experience in the customer service field, specifically the insurance industry. I have excellent typing skills with speed and attention to detail. While growing through my current company I've developing and implementing training programs, heading up HR, and tackled the office finances. I am all around interested in expanding my knowledge and am often able to jump into any task.
I have been with The Piedmont Group since 2015. I started as a customer service representative utilizing active listening skills to identify and solve customer concerns. I would perform regular assessments of client accounts to determine accuracy and update as needed.
I then moved into a role of director of customer service and office manager. In this current role I manage a team of customer service representatives, improving customer retention and first call resolution rate. Other projects I have taken on are developing and implementing a training system for new hires, streamlined our bookkeeping system, and developed multiple marketing efforts to increase sales.
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentration in Financial Planning from Shepherd University.
