• Manages users, updates phone numbers for MFA, resets passwords, and assigns licenses using Azure/Entra ID.
• Handles license management and resolves application issues in Office 365 Admin Center, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Configures distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and mailbox permissions in Exchange Admin Center.
• Resolves tickets and tracks progress using Kaseya and ConnectWise; provides remote support through ScreenConnect.
• Troubleshoots and replaces hardware, including hard drives, monitors, docking stations, keyboards, and mice.
• Sets up printers on the network using IP addresses.
• Deploys and configures Windows OS via USB imaging.
• Manages and configures devices through Intune MDM.
• Enters and maintains user data in the Jenzabar student information system.
• Installs and manages software, including Adobe and Visual Studio.
• Supports AV setups, including Zoom conference rooms, setting up microphones on panels, and programming laptops to display on screens.
• Adds and removes computers from the domain and detects phishing attempts to enhance network security.
