For the past 4+ years I have been working as an analyst, evaluating call quality scoring for our client companies. Most of these clients service the healthcare industry. Having experience working in call centers personally made this a good fit for me. It was pleasing to see agents steadily make improvements toward their company's goals after receiving our feedback and observations.
I have worked both in the IT field as well as in call centers performing various roles. I am comfortable around technology and get along well with others.
I have had some schooling in Computer Science and also enjoy working with computers as a hobby. My customer service skills have developed over the years while working with many excellent mentors of that industry.
