My experience at Log(N) Pacific as an IT Support Technician has allowed me to develop my skills in provisioning and troubleshooting Azure Virtual Machines, VNets, and Network Security Groups, as well as administering Active Directory, and diagnosing and resolving network issues. I have a passion for helping people and providing superior customer service.
