I am an IT professional skilled in Ticketing Systems, Communication, and Technical Resolution. My experience at Log(N) Pacific as an IT Support Technician has allowed me to develop my skills in provisioning and troubleshooting Azure Virtual Machines, VNets, and Network Security Groups, as well as administering Active Directory, and diagnosing and resolving network issues. I have a passion for helping people and providing superior customer service.

I pride myself on ensuring end-users understand and can effectively utilize technology to improve productivity. As a church greeter, I have developed strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to engage with people warmly and professionally with great customer service.

I went to highschool in Somers NY and received my regent's diploma.
