Developed and implemented training for processing, underwriting and closing, managed a team of 14 processors and support staff. Created 3 new departments to compartmentalize the work of loan processors that was below the pay/skill level of a loan processor. Developed a Junior Processor role. Assisted company with selecting/implementing new technologies to improve customer experience.
