Born and raised in Huntsville, AL, I began in kitchens in early high school working my way up to sous chef by my senior year. I then studied at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. I worked at many fantastic restaurants during my time there including Chanler on the Cliffwalk and Le Bernardin. I have routined to Huntsville as an Executive Chef and have created many menus with my fine dining techniques meeting southern flavors.
