At @Bodi, I spearheaded initiatives that led to a 100% increase in East Region sales and a 120% boost in profitability. My work included developing strategic plans for expanding the US Spanish Market (US, Canada, Puerto Rico) and preparing it for international growth. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, I standardized processes, improved efficiency, and ensured seamless operations.
I also provided the field with comprehensive training and tools, enabling them to stay competitive and deliver exceptional results.
Currently, as Program Manager and Mentor at Jr.
Foundation, I guide young women through leadership training, career development, and personal growth. I’ve implemented strategies that have positioned the program to double its reach this year, creating a supportive environment where participants can thrive. It’s deeply rewarding to see them build confidence, develop their skills, and achieve their goals.
Later this year, I’ll graduate with a Bachelor of Liberal Studies and a Management and Educational Studies minor from the University of Maine at Presque Isle (UMPI). I’ve also completed Project Management and Digital Marketing certifications at Stony Brook University. Together, my professional experience and education have shaped my approach to leadership, operations, and strategy, giving me the tools to drive meaningful outcomes.
