I have worked at for a cloud technology company for over 3 years, making my experience up to par with this role. I have extensive skills in analytical programs and softwares like Excel, SmartSheet, SalesForce, Jira, and Tableau Desktop. I have a very focused and attention to detail work ethic, Happy to work in teams and collaborate on projects.

I have implemented processes in SalesForce to support the end of sale of a platform for business operations. I led the implementation to trigger exception requests and worked with individuals on the IT team to support this process from program management all the way to testing and deployment. I managed the platform after the end of sale where I tracked each request, contracts, and aligned with stakeholders.

I am experience in working with IT to develop new processes such as end of a sale of products lifecycle. I find joy when working with IT to manage and lead development of processes to support a change in business. I have key analytical experience so I like to show through excel modeling, pivot tables, and very close attention to detail. I am always focused on my work and can bring dedication support to the team.

I have a business administration degree with an emphasis in Finance. I have learned the fundamentals across all departments from IT, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Business Law, and other aspects of business administation.
