I live and work in San Francisco.
I have extensive work experience: 39 years in copy/print industry, with approximately 33 of those years in law firms.
I was with my last firm for 23 years, as part of an office services team of 5, anchoring the print and mail departments, while providing support to hospitality and reception. I have a strong work ethic, great communication skills, take pride in my work and work great on teams or independently.
In my spare time, I enjoy acting in the theater.
Law firms that I have worked at over the last 33 years: Sheppard Mullin, MOFO, Howard Rice, Kirkland & Ellis, and Graham & James.
I've experience operating numerous copy/print equipment (black and white and color). Printing, copying and scanning documents specifically in law firms (litigation, depos, arbitrations, docs filed under seal).
Process incoming/outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS, DHL. Logged, scanned, delivered, and posted.
Ordering and receiving paper, toners, tabs, binders, and other office supply shipments, and kitchen supplies.
Set up/rearrange conference rooms and visitor offices. Pick up and set up lunches where requested. Stock kitchens/pantries/refrigerators. Load/run dishwashers. Assist with after hour events.
Cover reception breaks/lunches. Welcome guests. Hand out parking validations. Basic phone coverage.
Overseeing a fleet of 60 HP and Samsung printers/ Xerox copiers. Key-op and troubleshoot as needed.
