My intention is to bridge my New York City experience within the structure and elevation of California culture.
The majority of my experience is in the culinary industry in New York City.
I have had the honor to work with Michelin recognized Chefs in Los Angeles and my intention is to cultivate experience from both.
I was fortunate to be chooses for a International Baccalaureate program for my under studies; followed by a small state college in Southern California. I am currently training with a technological program in pursuit of a better understanding of newer tools.
