I have been taking engineering with technology courses ever since middle school. I've taken classes in robotics, electronics, and network engineering.I love math and science and I am very strong with my skills in customer service.
I have never worked an IT job, only a customer service job. I was a cashier for two years at Big Lots and then I was a doordash delivery driver for 4 years with a 5-star customer service rating.
I am about to graduate this May with my associate's degree in IT Networking from Bryant & Stratton College. I have a 3.5 GPA. I also have 15 portfolio projects that can show all the knowledge I have acquired so far and I plan to continue that. I have excellent customer service skills and am great at explaining technology terminology to customers in a way they can understand.
