Ability to convey complex, technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical people and provide senior leadership with a comprehensive technical picture of current network architecture. In-depth experience in project management, planning, performing cost analysis, developing standard operating procedures, setting program goals and establishing priorities to support information assurance and security development of policy and procedures for implementation of higher-level guidance.

Possess the ability to plan, coordinate and de-conflict offensive cyberspace operations (OCO) for exercise and real-world missions. Proven ability to perform well under pressure, in unfavorable or hazardous conditions with excellent leadership, oral communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
