I am seeking a position as it may become available. As I plan and execute projects for improving and meeting business requirements, coordinating with other teams and departments. I am responsible for the overall success of the project, organizing activities through the design, implementation, and testing, release and maintenance phases of the project. As a successful project manager I have exhibited excellent analytical abilities, creative problem solving skills and strong planning and organizing capabilities. Additionally I have excellent leadership,

negotiation and mediation skills, and have the ability to work with all levels of the organization. I have background in printer manufacture project management and a passion for understanding both the business and the technical aspects of the projects I lead.

I strive to be familiar with all facets of my position and to be disciplined in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. My projects are a finite endeavor--having specific start and completion dates--undertaken to create a unique product or service which brings about beneficial change or added value. This finite characteristic of projects stands in sharp contrast to processes, or operations, which are permanent or semi-permanent functional work to repetitively produce the same product or service. My primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while adhering to classic project constraints--usually scope, quality, time and budget. My secondary--

and more ambitious--challenge is to optimize the allocation and integration of inputs necessary to meet pre-

defined objectives. My projects are a carefully defined set of activities that use resources (money, people,

materials, energy, space, provisions, communication, motivation, etc.) to achieve the projects goals and objectives.

My work cycle including, listening to client’s needs, developing solutions to meet client’s goals, scheduling and managing project implementation plans, installing and training solutions during building customer satisfaction and relationships. My responsibilities involved systems support during the project cycles including: demonstrating hardware and software, analyzing client environments and workflow, testing and validating proposed solutions,

implementing and coordinating various teams for installation, installing and training clients for the total solutions,

providing post-install support and billable services and integrating third-party providers into proposals. My employment with this industry gave me the opportunity to supervise and lead projects and be responsible with specific requirements and deadlines.
