With a strong foundation in nursing and advanced training in health management and policy, I have successfully designed and scaled programs focused on HIV prevention and treatment, maternal and child health, and results-based financing across Zimbabwe. I have over 10 years of progressive experience leading public health programs and strengthening health systems, with a focus on HIV prevention, maternal and child health, and results-based financing. I have successfully managed national and district-level programs, coordinated cross-sector partnerships, and provided technical leadership in program design, capacity building, grant management, and monitoring and evaluation. My work with organizations such as Bantwana, OPHID, CORDAID, and MERLIN has consistently improved health outcomes, expanded service delivery, and enhanced the sustainability of community health systems.
