I am a creative and resourceful jack-of-all trades, naturally inclined to tackle tasks that others might find intimidating. I flourish in fast-paced settings and, as a non-linear thinker, I quickly grasp complex issues and devise innovative solutions. My adaptability allows me to navigate novel situations and unexpected challenges with ease. I love creating structure where there is none, and finding ways to make systems more efficient is my favorite pastime.
I bring with me 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, most of that client facing, making sure every aspect of a guest's experience was not just well thought out, but any and all potential issues were preemptively handled in advance. I've managed every aspect of running a boutique hotel in an 1800s mansion that was constantly trying to get the best of me. I've had every emergency you can imagine thrown my way. From fixing leaks at 3am to putting out fires (literally) I can and have done it all. Created SOPs. Assisted with developing businesses from construction site to opening night. I can cover anything from sewing costumes to decorating a space on a shoestring budget.
Outside of my experience in hospitality and business development, I am skilled in the process of estimating custom fabrication and labor for tradeshows, permanent installations, and graphics. I excel at sourcing materials and have a well of resources to pull from to get anything that needs to be made and within the deadline. I have worked with globally recognized companies to create and produce interior branding and brought all of those projects to completion with accolades from the client at the end.
I cannot list off a long line of colleges and degrees. Everything I can do comes from being tenacious and inherently wired this way. I solve problems. I fix things. I make things better. And I'm always eager to learn and grow.
