I’m Tyreek Houston, a Senior User Experience Researcher with 10+ years of experience driving innovation across healthcare, civic tech, AI, and blockchain. I’ve led research at organizations like ConsenSys (MetaMask), Ad Hoc, and Optum, where I’ve scaled research operations, built community-led panels from the ground up, and delivered insights that shaped multi-million-user product roadmaps. At ConsenSys, I built a large-scale, privacy-first Web3 research panel and improved usability testing efficiency by 40%.
