Vanessa Becktold

I am currently a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and work closely with clients to ensure they understand their individual hearing loss through testing and review. I work closely with the clients to identify the correct devices that would be best suited for their lifestyle and needs. During my normal day responsibilities I also ensure that all my clients are treated with respect and empathy as some individuals are not ready to admit that they are a candidate for amplification.

Currently at HearUSA I provide superior customer service, testing for hearing loss while providing information to clients to help them make the most informed decisions. I work in a sales capacity to recommend the appropriate type of hearing aid devices that will best serve a customer's needs and lifestyles. I continually maintain and develop relationships with clients to best educate on usage, providing programming or troubleshooting for device issues and improve overall experience.

In August 2022 I began with the International Hearing Society and enrolled in a hearing aid apprentice program. In March of 2024 I completed the program and obtained my Hearing Aid Dispenser license through Arizona Department of Health Services.
