I am a dynamic, detail-oriented leader. I have exceptional organizational skills, as well as communication and leadership skills. I have worked for the Social Security Administration for over 18 years. I have held progressively increasing positions of responsibility within the agency, where I am now the head of 2 offices, with a total of 49 employees. I have experience as a business analyst in the past and I am very involved with analyzing the data metrics in the offices that I supervise.
I have extensive experience in the Social Security disability realm, from taking claims to supervising the program to generating policy. I liaise with many different components with the Social Security Administration as well as local county governments. I have edited disability policy when requested and I have been part of multiple proof of concept initiatives.

● I am a facility head, with experience moving a 25,000 square foot office and renovating offices.
● I have experience working with executives on large projects and applying organizational requirements to effectively lead, motivate, supervise, and manage work teams as a regular part of my duties.
● Liaison to multiple Congressional Offices, Regional Offices, and Area Director’s Office.
● I meet with multiple local county governments regularly, working to enhance our disability relationships.
● Analyze trends and data to improve workflows and the customer experience
● Administer a yearly monetary and overtime budget for two offices and I am the approving officer for 2 employee purchase cards.
● Audited social security policy for errors and effectiveness.
● I am the contact for all labor management relation issues in my office, as well as requests for reasonable accommodation and equal employment. I supervise a Union Steward in my office.
● I have taken numerous leadership courses in my career, most recently Controlling Chaos and Thriving Under Pressure by Train Right.
● I have a proven track record of raising morale, while also raising the efficiency and output in my offices.
● Initiates, develops, and monitors agency policies, programs, and projects on a regional or national basis. Evaluates program goals and objectives and establishes long-range plans and program direction.
● Initiates, develops, and implements projects or studies to advance the goals of agency management. Coordinates technical elements of an Social Security program(s) with related activities of other government agencies and the private sector, promoting mutual cooperation in areas that can be combined for more effective results.
