my name is zakaria i’m a hard working and driven individual who isn’t afraid to face a challenge.I'm passionate about my work and I know how to get the job done. my last professional experience is a customer service agent in Logan airport, i start since January 2023 with Air France and KLM airlines then i worked with Virgin atlantic and ITA airways since May 2023 until now .

i work with diffi checki software as ‘ Amadeus , Snap’

i do checking ,gate lead , managing cleaners and catering at the aircraft, ramp and baggage.

My relevant education is a video editing diploma.
