Key Account Manager: P&G, Friesland Campina, Nippon Oil
Manage inbound logistics for P&G imported goods, including coordination with shipping lines, customs clearance, obtaining delivery orders, and arranging trucking from port to warehouses/plants. Work closely with 4PL partners and carriers to monitor daily operations, resolve issues, provide shipment updates, and ensure service quality. Coordinate with trucking vendors for delivery schedules, ensuring on-time and accurate execution.
Manage end-to-end transportation services for major clients (P&G, Friesland Campina, Nippon Oil), covering both domestic trucking and international shipments. Control transportation costs and prepare competitive quotations for clients and bidding projects, in collaboration with internal teams.
