A highly competent Customer Service Representative with 11 years, experience in all aspects of
Customer Service delivery working for an international tobacco company, Philip Morris South Africa.
Achievements include proactively introducing trackers to manage customer orders, upselling products, and testing new product codes and remaining in close contact with clients during the
Tobacco ban and Covid.
An experienced SAP Accounts operator also working with MS Office, daily
· Printing and loading orders on SAGE before picking and invoicing.
· Picking available stock for invoicing.
· Authorizing of Jobs when orders come in.
· Keep track of out of stocks/ parts.
· Sending quotations to customers from the different departments.
· Assisting with generating Quotes.
· Retrieve orders and RFQ’ from the Ariba and Coupa portals. Also loading quotations on Ariba.
· Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding stock and delivery.
· Detail-oriented customer service representative accountable for providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems to maximize customer satisfaction
· Receiving and processing orders on SAP to ensure delivery expectations are met.
· Ensuring internal and external customers are kept informed of any developments to their consignments
· Liaising with Accounts and Dispatch department relating to customer queries, orders, etc
· Displayed excellent communication and interpersonal skills identifying and properly addressing customer needs
· Follow up on customer deliveries with RTT
· Building good customer relations and always ensuring excellent customer service
· Ensure all documentations (order and invoices) are in order and filed correctly
· Serve as a point of contact for customer with regards to orders, products and deliveries
