I am an experienced receptionist work served my duties as a full-time receptionist and part-time cashier for atleast 3 years complete, where my duties and roles were to assist clients telephonically with inquiries as well as work in clients with inquiries.
My main role was to promote products and advise clients in a creative manner. I captured sales order, quotations as well as invoices for natural and internationally clients.
I my passion in service to the clients as a claims handler where my role was to ping for jobs, once jobs are awarded I have to capture jobcard on a spreadsheet furthermore schedule for a inspection with the client as well as the relevant technician.
Compile a full damage report to the insurance, awaiting approval and schedule an appointment for repairs. Once all repairs are conducted a completion report is compiled and the job is to be closed for of the different insurance portals.
I obtained my internal sales experience at IMCD SA where i completed an internship of 12months, my duty was to capture received orders, allocate stock at the relevant branches based of the clients location as well as the profit margin. Once orders are caputed either delivery or collection is planned with the warehouse as well as the client.
I matriculated in the year 2012 at Oakdale Secondary School however I have failed 2 subjects, I'm current working on upgrading my matric portfolio.
