I’m an operations-minded IT professional with over a decade of experience supporting people, systems, and day-to-day business operations. I’m at my best when things are organized, running smoothly, and easy for others to navigate. I have over 10 years of experience working across IT support, systems administration, and technical sales roles. Currently, I lead IT support operations at Efficient Group, where I manage IT services for 93 users and coordinate a support team to meet SLA targets. I handle complex technical issues, vendor management, and system administration across Microsoft 365 and security platforms.
In previous roles, I supported VOIP systems, cloud services, CRM tools, and hardware deployments while providing hands-on technical support to users. I’ve also been responsible for creating and maintaining documentation, training team members, and managing operational processes. Throughout my career, I’ve supported senior leaders, managed recruiting pipelines, and focused on improving workflows to make day-to-day operations run smoothly.
I’m comfortable juggling multiple priorities and always aim to reduce friction so teams can stay focused on their goals.
I hold a Professional Digital Marketing Certification from Google (expected April 2025), complemented by G-Suite Administration training from Google (March–November 2018). I also completed a Media & Graphic Design Diploma at Damelin College in 2013, which adds creative skills to my technical background. Earlier, I earned a Matric certificate from Hill College, Port Elizabeth in 2011.
Additionally, I have foundational training as a WHM Administrator and Sales Professional from cPanel University.
