I have strong written and oral communication skills. At my current job I am a Data Capturer in the Operations /Sales Department. In my previous position as a Receptionist, I was dealing with walk-in clients, visitors, and suppliers, answering questions about the company, and directing people to the correct offices.
I was also answering telephone calls from dozens of clients locally and internationally per day to confirm appointments and sending emails every day to clients and other branches in the company.
I have experience with a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Sage Pastel.

Opening of new trade cards for each vessel quoted on daily and monthly
