As a representative, I would be the first point of contact for incoming callers. I am skilled at actively listening to customer questions or concerns and identifying the best solution. For example, if a caller needed to refill a prescription but did not know how to do it on the website, I would first help the caller complete the refill over the phone. Then, I would provide instructions on navigating the website and prescription portal so that the caller could complete the task online in the future.
I began my sales career about 10 years ago as a sales development representative. This role provided me ample experience prospecting sales leads for our organization. While I did not interact directly with customers, my research and prospecting led to over 250 new sales opportunities within my first year.
My impressive work led me to getting a promotion as a Senior sales, and manage a team of 10 sales professionals. In this role, I help set and monitor sales quotas to support the business's overall goals.
I also have implemented several training programs to help onboard new team members and develop existing members' sales skills and techniques. As a result, our team has achieved 20% growth in sales over the past year at the time.
