I am a very energetic candidate who's been in the customer service industry for 7 years or more. A very good communicator who ensures that customers are always happy and satisfied with the best service rendered to them, which makes it easier for the business to grow.
I started working as customer service Agent in Logistics industry in 2018 till 2022 April when my contract ended with DHL international Express due volume decreased.
I completed my matric in 2008 at st. Bernard High school. In 2009, I studied End user computing at ATT Institute of which I did not complete it due to financial constraints.
