I am a self-motivated, dedicated, reliable, responsible, hardworking professional who over the past 10+ years has obtained an extremely broad knowledge base of people practices while working as the Head of People Management Practices (formerly known as Human Resource Management). These include that of Recruitment and Selection, Project Management, Service Benefits, Employee Relations, Policy and Planning and Performance Management, and more. While obtaining this experience, I also managed to complete a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree.

Together with a strong set of core values/beliefs and a "can do" attitude, my goal is to make a difference. A difference that leads towards a positive change. I tend to thrive in busy, pressured environments, producing high standards of work, while adhering to strict deadlines.

With high levels of emotional intelligence (inter- and intra-personal), I am able to work and communicate with employees at all levels, building up good working relationships, however, I can work autonomously. I am also extremely proficient working with computers and all major software/applications, especially those of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

Senior HR Advisor - Middle East & Africa at RINA (2023-12 – Present)

• Supporting the Executives in the cluster to implement the global strategy at a local level and ensuring the global HR calendar of activities is achieved within timelines.
