I am a 21 year old dedicated and charismatic student.
I am a customer service advisor. I assist customers with explaining there bills to them upgrading there broadband packages and also assist with resolving there complaints. I assist with sending out correspondence to customers and calling them to resolve there enquiries.
I am a student at GAUTENG CITY COLLEGE and I'm currently on my 2 year of college getting my N5 certificate for a diploma in Hospitality and Catering Management.
