I am an enthusiastic, self -motivated person who is always willing to lay a hand when needed. Through experience, I have learnt how to set goals and how to engage in action-orientated behavior. I am well organized, highly motivated to accept responsibility and thorough in my approach to work. I am also creative and easy going, always ensuring that I operate with a high level of integrity. My open minded and friendly personality allows me to relate well to people, and I can coordinate activities, resources, people and time.

I am currently working at MTN as a Data Solutions. My current position has equipped me to be logical and evaluate best solutions that make MTN Service Provider to conduct best customer service. In my career, I have worked with Network Architecture, Desktop Operating System, and Network Protocol. I am highly confident in working with LAN and remote base systems to monitor system functionality. Having customer service experience assures that I work well with people and procedures of system troubleshooting, system installation, system upgrades and maintenance and system back up. As part of my current job description, I assist in software installation, upgrading and maintenance. I also work with switches and routers as to maintain network operation. As part of my current job profile, I am also involved in sales, increasing MTN revenue in customer and stock demands.

The nature of my degree course has prepared me for this position and the wide range of skills that I have acquired from my work experience, which makes me suitable for the above position. I have passion for technical support and system maintenance and best practice.
