I have had 10 years experience within the Chemical sector, with the position held as group Training Officer/Coordinator/Administrator for SI Group South Africa, which was an international company. I had the opportunity to visit and audit 3 of the company's sites in India. I also secured certification for SI Group SA to host mechanical fitters on the company's site for experiential learning for CHIETA which is the SETA the company was affiliated with.
I was responsible for Learnerships, Apprenticeship, Mentoring and Coaching the Durban University of Technology and Mangusotho University students. Liaising with Auditors and Internal and and External Service Providers/Vendors. Monthly reports on Training submitted to the managers.
I have 20 years experience within the Industrial Electronics and Automotive working with Printed circuit boards, leaded and leafless components, Soldering, car alarms which I trained many colleagues within the organization. I was the training officer that was responsible for the collation n submission of WSP/ATR to the SETA which was MERSETA that Shurlok was affiliated to.
National Diploma: Production Management, Management, Quantitative Techniques (Statistics), Organisational Effectiveness and Labor Law, my diploma is incomplete, I am in possession of a certificate from Durban University of Technology.
