Currently, I serve as a Senior Client Relations Specialist at New Skin Aesthetic Clinic, where I excel in providing exceptional front desk services to VIP clients, managing appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries about various aesthetic treatments. My role involves collaborating with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences and maintaining an orderly front desk environment.

Previously, as a Guest Relations Coordinator at The Fairmont Palliser, I led front office operations, focusing on guest check-in and reservations while enhancing service standards and operational efficiency. I implemented training programs to improve team performance and ensured high levels of personalized service for all guests, particularly VIPs.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Dental Nurse at Apollo Dental, where I assisted dentists in various procedures, managed patient records, and educated patients on oral hygiene. My experience includes sterilization practices, conducting X-rays, and prioritizing patient comfort to ensure a positive dental experience.
