In these years i hired and managed staff and created an enabling environment for them to work effectively and maximally.

I mastered the act of good communication, providing solutions to clients issues and complaints, and delivering top notch services to our clients. I am usually concerned about delivering optimum value to clients with the available resources at my disposal and also explore creative ways of solving problems as far as I am permitted by my employer.
