For over seven years, I have been responsible for overseeing operations, leading teams, and ensuring work was executed to a high standard. In my management role with Gong Cha, I handled scheduling, staff coordination, performance expectations, and customer experience while maintaining consistent operational flow during high-volume periods. The focus was always on structure, accountability, and making sure the team delivered results every day.
As Co-Owner of SpotClean Detailing, I built the operational side of the business from the ground up. I managed workflow, solved customer issues, coordinated teams, handled vendors, and continuously looked for ways to improve efficiency. Running a business required me to take ownership of outcomes, make decisions quickly, and fix problems without waiting for direction. I understand how small inefficiencies can slow growth, and I am used to building systems that allow a company to scale.
